Team killer

A team killer (or TKer) is a player who kills their own team member(s).
Team killing usually happens accidentally, but can be done purposely for various reasons, such as to annoy other players. By default, servers will kick players who have a score below -5, and ban players below -6. The value can be adjusted to any value the server owner wishes.
